Have fun with wool.
Make felt, do needle felting or weave your own creation… with wool from the sheep you will meet on the farm. You can make coasters, a table mat , a wall hanging, a bag, a book cover...use your imagination! Take the adorable alpacas for a walk to the top of Bergli Hill. Learn about shearing, dyeing, have a go at spinning. You may choose to make a little sheep as a souvenir for a friend, or a greeting card with wool. Accommodation is in our beautiful self-built log house with spectacular views and relaxing atmosphere.
Suitable for children over 5 if in a family group, or with an adult to help.

Workshop times and Availability.
From 1p.m.Day 1 (after lunch) to 1p.m.Day 2 finishing after lunch.

Prices:
From midday, includes afternoon activity, dinner, evening workshop, one night's accommodation, breakfast, morning workshop and lunch.
All materials included, and your creations to take home.
Payment of $225 per person on arrival by cash or credit card (Visa Mastercard or Amex.)

We use simple table looms to weave your choice of creation. You can make coasters, a table mat , a wall hanging, a bag, a book cover…use your imagination!
Little sheep or alpacas can be made as souvineers

Your tutor:
Rowena MacGill.
A kiwi (New Zealander), she speaks Esperanto and also Japanese because of being a shadow puppeteer in Japan for many years. Her passion is being creative with the wool of her sheep, and the fibre of the alpacas Mystery and Felichios.
